The key to the success of our service is the comprehensive support system we have in place. Each resident will have a tailored support and transition plan, developed in partnership with the resident and, where appropriate, their professional network. This may include their Probation Officer, Substance Misuse Worker and other professionals or agencies involved in their support.
Floating support is provided during office hours, with out-of-hours telephone support available around the clock, ensuring residents have access to additional guidance and assistance when needed.
Our support is delivered by a staff team with extensive experience in substance misuse, supported housing and the criminal justice system. Staff are trained and equipped to work with individuals who may present with multiple and complex needs, providing consistent, appropriate and person-centred support. Our aim is to support residents to live as independently as possible within a community setting, while ensuring their individual support needs are identified and appropriately addressed. We work with residents to develop the skills, confidence and resilience needed to maintain their accommodation, make positive changes and progress towards successful independent living.
