OUR SERVICES

Care Leavers 18-25

Storme Housing understands transitioning from childhood into adulthood for any young person is a time of significant change and perhaps more so for those that are leaving care.

Our 18+ Semi-Independent Living provision offers safe, supportive accommodation for young adults transitioning out of care. Designed for care leavers aged 18 and over, this service promotes independence while ensuring access to tailored support. Residents receive guidance with life skills, education, employment, and emotional wellbeing, helping them build the confidence and resilience needed for a successful transition into adulthood and independent living.

Each young person will be accommodated in one of our beautifully fully furnished properties and allocated an experienced keyworker to support them on their journey.
