The frequency and level of support you need will set by you and your professional network as part of your transition plan.  In addition to this Storme Housing will provide regular check-ins and weekly keywork sessions.

Our team of experienced workers are trained to provide high quality support. The policies and procedures we have in place have been developed to ensure your safety and well-being. In partnership with you and your professional network, your transition plan will be reviewed regularly, to ensure that you are receiving the right level of support.
