In short our 18+ supported accommodation services are specifically designed for care leavers transitioning from childhood into adulthood. At Storme Housing we understand for any young person it is a time of significant change and perhaps more so for those that are leaving care. our 18+ supported accommodation services are specifically designed to provide safe, stable accommodation with personalised support for young people aged 18-25. 

We also offer Supported Living  housing for individuals facing social exclusion due to mental health challenges, autism, learning difficulties, substance use, offending  or a combination of these factors. 

Through a combination of tailored support programmes, access to mental health support, substance use interventions and restorative justice services, we aim to empower individuals to overcome their challenges and reintegrate into their local communities.

Our approach focuses on providing an holistic, compassionate, environment that promotes healing, recovery and personal growth at a pace that works for the individual.
